At your first visit, we’ll begin with a consultation to explore your beauty goals, health history, and any concerns you may have. From there, we’ll suggest personalised treatment options and answer all your questions, ensuring you feel confident and well-informed.

Booking fees are NON refundable under any circumstances. You may rearrange your appointment up to 72 hours before with the same fee. If you rearrange after this time or more than once then you will be required to pay a new fee. If you do not attend an appointment on the day, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. If you have any specific payment questions, please feel free to ask us.

Yes, we do offer consultations. Mini consultations are available through Instagram and Facebook DMs, or if you’d like something more in-depth, we offer both face-to-face and phone consultations for a £20 deposit, which is redeemable against your treatment.
