M-shaped lips are one of the hardest lip shapes to fill. This is because they naturally have more volume through the middle and less on the sides, creating an “M” shape. The challenge is to avoid adding too much filler to the centre and instead carefully build the outer areas to create a more balanced, even shape.

We used the Russian lip technique, which uses linear threads of filler to directly pull the lips upwards, creating a flat, natural look while maintaining the shape of the Cupid’s bow. I love this look so much, and my client looks absolutely beautiful.
